We provide accounting, tax and bookkeeping services through this website and your client portal. The scope of any engagement is set out in your individual engagement agreement, which prevails over these general terms where they differ.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send commercial electronic messages only with your consent or where the law otherwise allows. Every such message identifies us and includes an easy way to unsubscribe.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as set out in your engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
